I totally get where u are coming from... I am transitioning myself and I always think of how I'm going to wear my hair if I had such a formal occassion... Cos I'm job hunting as well... It's sad that we wouldn't even have this issue if our hair was straight and conformed to the European standard... Well, can't wait to see what u eventually decided on :) Might be stealing ur ideas... ;)
